I want someone to propose to me in the next 24 hours so I can buy this dress! Any takers?...

Fabulous 30s Fabrics!
Not quite sure how, but I just ended up on this fabulous vintage repro fabrics website, Fabric Attic. Those utterly gorgeous prints make me feel inspired to get the sewing machine out!

Wowowowow STOCKINGS!!!
I had a few pairs of vintage fully fashioned stockings listed on ebay, and some chap emailed me because he'd seen I was selling them and asked me if I wanted to buy a job lot. We emailed back and forth for a while, anyway long story short, yesterday TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY pairs of vintage fully fashioned nylons arrived. All in unopened packages, all boxed, all large (i.e. modern real people) sizes, all fabulous! There are some really unusual ones, by Wolsey and delicately tissue-wrapped. I even have one box of three pairs of navy blue stockings. I have never seen navy blue vintage fully fashioned stockings. I'm very excited - I'm actually thinking of planning my Goodwood outfit around my stockings.
