I'm taking up trampolining! Well, more like rediscovering the sport - I used to really enjoy it, but I haven't done it for five years. But our gym does a weekly trampoline session, so I've taken the plunge and signed up. Such a fun way to keep fit - plus you earn major cool points if you can mention, oh-so-nonchalant, that yes, you can turn a double backflip if the occasion requires (this is my dream - I never did progress as far as double somersaults, but I noted that the gym does have a harness for training, so watch this space!).
