The 1953 Diet - Day 3

Okay, so I may have slightly deviated from the menu plan today. Well when I say slightly... I mean I totally caved and had a slice of toast loaded with Nutella. I'm soooo rubbish at dieting! But in my defence I have managed to stick to my other resolution, of doing 20 minutes at the gym every morning. Three mornings - so far so good. Plus the usual boxercise/circuits on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. So it's not all bad!


  1. Mmmmmm nutella is so good! You do need to allow yourself a little treat when your dieting or youll cave hard later =) so enjoy


  2. No one should ever be deprived of chocolate. I've read that if you have a chocolate craving on a diet, always cave. Its just not like other cravings that might go away or be satiated with something else. Congrats on the gym though, that is the most important and healthy habit to instill into your routine.

  4. Thank you sweetheart, but I confess the main reason for wanting to shrink is in order to buy more vintage clothes haha! :)
