I feel like I've neglected the blog of late. This is because I'm trying to earn my crust and save up for my planned holiday in November by doing some actual real work. So I'm going to be letting the scanner do the hard work for most of this week's posts. Starting with these fabulous 1930s interiors, all scanned from My Home magazine, 1938.
Loving the eccentrically bird-themed nursery with flying swallow plaques, penguin rug, cuckoo clock and seagull curtains (that seagulls fabric is going on my "to repro" list!). And the buttercream and sage 1930s kitchen colourscheme is just perfect.
Part 2 (from 1939) will follow tomorrow.
